20 years ago @ my local county fair in Medina, OH, there was a sauerkraut ball vendor. I don't think that there was meat in them, but maybe there was . . . Does anyone have a meatless sauerkraut ball recipe? I've been dreaming of yummy sauerkraut balls for 20 years!!!!!
