Sauerkraut Balls and freezing

Hey, if anyone can advise me..I want to make my sauerkraut balls prior to the holidays. The recipe includes canned corn beef, flour, onion and s.k. -all cooked and then deep fried. I am wondering about frying and freezing or freezing then frying. I would love to get the frying outta the way and just re-heat thawed balls.Can somebody advise? Also would like a dipping recipe. Thanx!
