I have been searaching for a recipe for making sauerkraut. My parents used to make it when I was young and I would like to try my luck at it. I have the old cabbage cutter that they used then and would like to try it. I am a sauerkrauat lover.

My father made the wooden stomper that we used and wonder if one is available.
