you should get a hold of the Sons of the American Legion in waynesville ohio. they are the ones that sale it each year and they might be able to give you the recipe. but as far as i can remember you roast your red potatoes place them in the bottom of a big serving bowl. topped with cooked sauerkaurt drained. then you add your sour cream sreaded cheese and bacon bits( you can use real bacon crumbled up and placed on top. then black olives chopped. but it really tastes great with a little bit of green onions chopped fine on it to.
