A lady up in Montana produced this for a short time and then went out of business. It is a Kraut Relish.

If any one can give me a recipe or point me in the direction of a simiular recipe I would be grateful.

I know it has kraut, onions and red peppers.
I am starting a hot dog cart next year and looking for some great condiments.
