Check out www.greatlakeskraut.com. They make a Bavarian Style, Barrel Cured sauerkraut called Krrrrisp Kraut that I've seen all over Wisconsin. I use it all the time-it tastes great. It's sold in plastic bags usually in the meat section, so it might even taste fresher than the jar you got in Florida.
