A Meal in One (sauerkraut, meat & potatoes)

Ingredients

1 medium can sauerkraut

approximately 4-5 good sized potatoes

2 loops smoked sasuage broken into 3-4 inches

1 lrg onion sliced into rings

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

1Slice potatoes about 1/4 rounds and place in bottom of pot.

2Place kraut on top of kraut,then add onion rings along with salt & pepper. Add 2 cups water.

3Place smoked sasuage over top And simmer with lid on for about two hours.

4If you prefer, you may place in pressure cooker and pressure for 15 minutes after the pressure comes up to a jiggle.
