Ingredients

2 cups of Quinoa grain

Red Pepper

Yellow Pepper

Mushrooms

Onions

Zucchini

Frank's kraut

Garlic

White wine

Salt/Pepper

arugula salad

Directions

1Cook quinoa. In a frying pan or wok. Brown onions, garlic, peppers, and mushrooms in olive oil and white wine, salt/pepper.

2Saute veggies until golden. 2 min. before removing from med. heat, add your kraut.

3Serve on a bed of quinoa and arugola salad.
