1 large can/jar of Frank's kraut

1 pkg. frozen Hot Links, thawed, score down the middle

1 large yellow onion sliced in thin strips

1large green bell pepper, sliced in thin strips

2 pkgs. hot dog buns

sliced jalapeno pepper, optional


1Drain Frank's Kraut heat in saucepan.

2Saute' in hot cooking oil, pepper, onion, until tender

3Fry hot links till brown, your choice of browness.

4Heat hot dog buns in slow oven, while hot rub with garlic

5Add your choice of condiment on bun, we use horseradish.

6Add hot link, sauted onion and pepper,

7top with Frank's Kraut. Serve while at least warm.
