Ingredients

1 roasting chicken

mashed potatoes(sweet and white together)

Frank's Kraut

1 cup maple syrup or brown sugar

Directions

1Rinse and drain kraut. Put in bottom of pan. Add syrup. Mix well.

2Cook potatoes and mash. Stuff chicken. Place on kraut and bake.
