1 -14oz can Franks or Snowfloss Bavarian Kraut

2 Whole chicken breasts ,halved and skinned

1-6 oz box cornbread stuffing mix

1-10 1/2 oz can chicken broth

1-10 1/2 oz can mushroom or cream of chicken soup

1/4 red or white wine

salt, pepper paprika to taste


1Preheat oven 350F.

2Pound and tenderize chicken.

3In a bowl, combine stuffing mix, 2/3 can of chicken broth, 2/3 can of kraut, wine.

4Roll stuffing mixture into chicken breast; secure with toothpick if needed and place in 9X9 baking dish.

5Pour soup and remaining broth and kraut over chicken

6Optional-sprinkle with salt and pepper or paprika.

7Bake at 350 for 50 mins.

Delicious! These rolls have looks wonderful and are not too dense. Very easy to make with a 10 year old too. recommended
