8 oz finely grated cheddar cheese
16 oz finely grated Swiss cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. pepper
1 cup beer
1cup Frank's Kraut, undrained
1Mix all of the ingredients except beer.
2Add Frank's Kraut, mixing well with your hands to a smooth texture.
3If necessary add more Frank's Kraut juice for a smooth blend.
4Cover and refrigerate.
5Serve at room temperature.
