4-6 large pork hocks
2 bags of Deli Kraut
1Brown Hocks @ 450 degrees in uncovered roaster for about 90 minutes. Check ocassionally for excessive browning.
2After browning pour off any fat.
3Bottom of pan should be quite brown.
4Add bags of Kraut undrained and turn oven down to 400 degrees.
5Bake for about another 45 minutes checking occasionally for browning.
