Chicken Reuben

Ingredients

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

sauerkraut

1 large bottle of 1000 Island Salad dressing - I use fat free and it tastes great !

sliced swiss cheese

Directions

1Spray baking dish with Pam

2Place the chicken in the baking dish

3Cover with sauerkraut

4Top with bottle of 1000 Island Salad Dressing

5Cover with foil and pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 90 minutes

6Top with swiss cheese and allow to melt before serving

7Serve with garlic smashed potatoes, homemade applesauce and dark bread
