Ingredients

  • 5 pounds of beef brisket
  • 2 cups diced onions
  • 1 1/2 cups diced carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups sauerkraut
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Method

Step 1

Cook the beef Brisket as recommended on package.

Step 2

Put Brisket in a pot and in a seperate pot boil the beef and chicken broth.

Step 3

Add the broth to the beef brisket.

Step 4

The vegatables need to be fried before being added to the pot.

Step 5

Once all ingredients are added, wait until it is cool to serve.
