5 pounds of beef brisket
2 cups diced onions
1 1/2 cups diced carrots
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups sauerkraut
3 cups beef broth
1 cup chicken broth
1Cook the beef Brisket as recommended on package.
2Put Brisket in a pot and in a seperate pot boil the beef and chicken broth.
3Add the broth to the beef brisket.
4The vegatables need to be fried before being added to the pot.
5Once all ingredients are added, wait until it is cool to serve.
