Boneless ham, amount to be determined according to number of desired servings

canned Frank's Kraut

salt and pepper


water or milk


1Boil the ham about 45 minutes ot one hour.

2Remove and keep warm, perserving the water.

3Add salt and pepper to taste to the water.

4Add canned Frank's Kraut, including the juice, to the water.

5Make a base like for gravy or white sauce and add to the water. Stir until desired thickness.

6Slice the ham.

7Serve the creamed Frank's Kraut over mashed potatoes with sliced ham on the side.
