Crock Pot Ribs and Sauerkraut

Ingredients

4 Western style pork ribs (lean)

1 14 oz. can sauerkraut

5 or 6 small redskin potatoes (unpeeled)

1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes (I zap in blender)

Water (rinse out tomato can)

Pepper (I use seasoned pepper)

Directions

1Rinse and drain kraut. Put in the bottom of crock pot.

2Cover with ribs, potatoes, pepper, tomatoes & water.

3Turn crock pot on high. Go to work.

4Come home to a wonderful aroma.

5Break up meat and potatoes; remove bones.

6Breaking up the potatoes absorbs a little of the liquid.

7It will be a little soupy we eat it in bowls.
