Kraut 1 can (drained)
Beef (cubed) 2 lb
Curry powder 2 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Onion 1 sliced and diced
1Heat oil. Saute the onions till soft. Add curry powder and a little water and fry till oil floats.
2Add beef. Cook for half an hour. Then pour in the kraut and stir well. Cover the pot and let it simmer for another twenty to thirty minutes.
3Open the lid and let the excess liquid reduce. The gravy will be brown and thick and not too watery.
4You can try it with hot rice and pita/tortilla or any bread.
