Festive Meatballs

  • Yields: 20-30 meatballs


2 Lbs hamburger

1 cup bread crumbs

3 eggs

1 pkg onion soup mix

1 lb Frank's Kraut

1 bottle Heinz chili sauce

1 can whole cranberry sauce

3/4 cup brown sugar


1Combine the first 4 ingredients. Shape into tiny meatballs.

2Combine next 4 ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Drop meatballs into sauce and simmer 10 min.

4Serve warm in a large bowl accompanied with toothpicks. Freezes very well.
