Foiled Fish

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can Frank's Kraut

1 cup diced tomatoes, can be canned

1 cup bread crumbs

1 cup chopped onion

4 medium orange roughy fillets

4 tbs. Butter

8 tbs. Mayonnaise

4 12-inch squares of foil

Directions

1Place a fillet in the center of each foil, on top of fillet place 2 tbs.

2Mayonnaise on top of that place ΒΌ cup of onion, Frank's Kraut and tomatoes.

3Finish off with the breadcrumbs and a pat of butter.
