1 can Frank's kraut
1 can Beets, cut in cubes
1 medium onion, chopped
2 medium dill pickels, cut in cubes
1 lg boiled potatoe, cut in cubes
1 cup virgin oil
salt and pepper to taste
1Mix all ingredients together and let it cool for about 2 hrs before serving

Recipe is good but other salad recipes are better. sorry of the 2-star
