1 stick margarine or butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup well-drained and chopped Frank's Kraut
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup Hershey's unsweetened baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1Cream margarine and sugar together; add egg and blend well.
2Stir in Frank's Kraut and vanilla extract.
3Sift flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Stir into creamed mixture.
4Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º F., for 10 minutes

regularly make these to develop healthy eating habits. thanks for the recipe
i dont like butter or margarine and tried to make it without butter, no good experience
i liked it but kids are not a big fan of kraut.
