Frank’s kraut Kabach

Ingredients

1 large can Frank's Kraut

3-1/2 cups flour

1 tspn salt

1 tspn baking soda

1 tspn baking powder

(Optional: baking bits)

Directions

1Wash Frank's Kraut and drain in colander.

2Place flour in bowl. Add salt, baking soda and baking powder. Mix together well. If too moist, add a little flour to keep dough together.

3Spread out on greased and floured cookie sheet. Dough when spread out should be about 1" high.

4Bake at 15 min. at 375. Turn down to 350 and bake another 45-60 min. When done, brush butter on top.
