Frank’s kraut Salad

Ingredients

1 large can Frank's kraut Drained

1 Cup chopped Onion

1 Cup chopped Celery

1 Cup chopped Bell pepper

1 small jar Pimentos Drained

1 Cup Sugar

3/4 Cup Cider Vinegar

3/4 Cup Canola oil

Directions

1Combine kraut,Onion,Celery,Pepper,Pimentos,and Sugar.

2Mix Vinegar and Canola Together and pour over mix and refrigate for two hours.

3Will keep for a week or more.
