German Kraut

2 large cans of Franks Kraut

2 large pork hocks

2 cans water

2 large red potatoes

1/4 cup flour


1Put kraut in large kettle.

2Add water and simmer for at least 4 hours.

3Remove Hocks, let cool.

4Peel and grate 2 potatoes, add flour and mix well.

5Add to kraut . Turn low and simmer for a a couple hours stirring often so it doesn't burn on bottom of kettle.
