1 l b ground beef
1/2 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground veal, can substitute 2 and 3
2 cup caraway rye, small pieces
8 ounce can Frank's Kraut
1/2 cup liquid from can, plus water to make 1/2
1/4 cup minced onion
2 eggs, combined
1Combine ground meats. Add bread.
2Mix eggs, Frank's Kraut liquid and onion. Add Frank's Kraut and mix all together.
3Spoon into 9" x 5" loaf pan.
4Bake in 350 degree oven for *approximately* 1 1/2 hours.
5When done, invert pan onto a serving dish. Enjoy.
6If any is left next day, make a great sandwich. Pu rye or pumpernickel bread. Add Frank's Kraut if desired.
