Ingredients

1 Kielbasa

5 medium potatoes

1 lb. Frank's Kraut

12 oz. beer (your preference)

Directions

1Slice Keilbasa lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

2Peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes.

3Place ingredients into soup pot in the following order: Potatoes, keilbasa, Frank's Kraut, beer. (Pack Frank's Kraut down and spread evenly over top).

4Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes to one hour. Enjoy with a crisp French or Italian bread.
