4 Large BBQ Hot Dogs
2 Cups Frank's kraut, drained
4 Vienna or Pannini Buns
1 Medium Onion, chopped
8 oz Sharp or Old Cheddar Cheese, grated
Dried Crushed Chillies (optional)
1Cook hot dogs according to taste, either by boiling, BBQ or microwave. Split in halves
2Saute onion in small amount of butter until opaque. Drain Frank's Kraut, add to onion and heat until bubbling.
3Split buns and brown under broiler. Put one hot dog on each bun and top with Frank's Kraut. Sprinkle cheese over top, then add crushed chillies to taste.
4Broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
