4 thick cut pork chops
1 16oz can kraut ( whatever is your favorite )
Salt/Pepper to taste
A dash of beer ( Leinenkugels recommended )
Disposable aluminum pan wiht 1" sides
1Prepare indirect charcoal fire in Weber type kettle grill - no gas grills allowed!
2Salt & Pepper chops to your liking and grill just enough on both sides to brown.
3Once browned, place chops in pan and cover with Kraut (don't forget the juice). Add a few ounces of beer. Cover loosely with foil, leaving a few cracks around the edges.
4Cook over indirect heat for approximately 25 minutes, depending on the heat of the fire.
