½ cup salad oil
½ cup sugar
1 (# 303) can saurkraut (15 oz.)
1 tsp. carraway seeds
1 small jar chopped pimento, drained
1Mix all ingredients together in a pan and simmer for 15 minutes.

3Pour into a large jar with a tight lid and chill.
4Serve as a salad.
