1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
2 lb. Frank's Kraut, rinsed and drained
1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and diced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 bay leaf
2 cups Kielbasa sausage, cut in half lengthwise, then sliced
2 cups water or chicken broth
1/2 cup bacon, sauteed and crumbled
1Add all ingredients to a large Dutch oven, or soup pot, mix well.
2Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
