Italian hotdog kraut

1 bag or can of Sauerkraut

1 bottle of Italian Dressing

1 small onion


1Finely chop up the onion.

2Drain the Sauerkraut.

3Combine 1/2 of the salad dressing with the Sauerkraut and chopped onions.

4In a large frying pan over low heat pour the mixture.

5Let contents come to a broil and then let simmer for 8-10 minutes turning frequently.

6Serve when most of the excess liquid has evaporated off.
