2 large cans of Kraut (rinsed and drained)
1 small onion, diced
1 1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1Rinse kraut and squeeze.
2Place into 9x13 casserole
3add in onion, ketsup, brown sugar, and caraway seeds.
4Mix together until all the kraut is a deep pink color.
5Kolbasi chunks can be added to top of kraut
6Cover and bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
