Kraut and pork

1/4 C brown Sugar

1C chopped onion

2T caraway seed

1 T dill seed

1 lb thick cut pork loin (browned in butter)

2 smoked polish sausage

6 C prepared kraut


1Lawyer in crock in order: browned pork loin, 3 C prepared kraut,

21 T caraway seed, 1/2 T dill seed, 1/2 of chopped onion, sprinkle 1/2 of the brown sugar.

3Repeat layer in order as above using the polish sausage in your 2nd layer.

4Cook in crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. kraut will turn to a light brown.

5If cooking in oven crock cook for 2 hours on 350 oven.
