Kraut Salad

Ingredients

one large can sauerkraut

1 cup celery

1 cup green pepper

1 cup onion

1 tsp. celery seeds

Directions

1Drain one large can kraut, cover with water. Cook 20 mins. drain again

2Add the one cup of celery, peppers, onions adn celery seeds.

3Heat 1 & 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup salad oil and 1/2 bup vinegar. Pour over misture.

4Mix and store covered in refridgerator.

5Needs to be made a day ahead.
