1Split Peppers, remove stem and seeds.
2Stuff with kraut.
3Fill quart jars with kraut stuffed peppers, fill with prepared brine.
4At this point may add garlic and/or dill.
5Remove all air bubbles and seal.
6Place in boiling water bath for 20 minutes.
7Wait three weeks to test.
