Krauted Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients

2 pounds chicken cutlets

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup bread crumbs

1 14 oz can sauerkraut

1 15 ½ oz Tomato sauce

Oil

¼ teaspoon each oregano, sage, thyme and basil

1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions

1Pound chick until thin. Combine herbs and bread crumbs.

2Dip chicken into eggs then into breadcrumbs.

3Bake in 400-degree oven until done.

4Pour sauce on top of chicken then cover with sauerkraut.

5Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until heated in a 350-degree oven.

6Top with Mozzarella and bake about 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted
