Pat’s Sauerkraut Casserole

Ingredients

1 Lrg bag Kluski noodles

2 cans Cream of mushroom soup

1 Lrg (32 oz.) can of kraut

1 1/2 Lbs cooked cubed pork (a great way to use up left over pork roast)

2 onions pan fried

Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1Spray an 8 x 13 casserole dish with a cooking spray.

2Mix the first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Add the pork and onions and fold in the mixture.

3Put into the casserole dish and Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/4 hours or until bubbly
