Pork Loin Dinner

Ingredients

1 Pork Loin

1 Large Yellow Onion (cut into 8 wedges)

1 Large jar Franks Polish Style Kraut (Do not drain)

Approx. 1 lb. new (red) potatoes (Quartered)

1 Pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup mix

Approx. 3 tsp Roasted Garlic (powdered)

Approx. 3 tsp Grill Mates Pork Rub

Directions

1Sprinkle pork rub and garlic on each side of pork loin

2Cut pork loin in half and place in large crock pot

3Layer the potatoes, onions, Kraut and onion soup mix in 3 layers on top of pork loin

4The liquid from the Kraut can be added on top of the layers

5Add approx. ½ jar (using Kraut jar) of water to get liquid to ¼” below top layer

6Cook in crock pot on high for 2 hours, then reduce to low for 3-4 hours

7If desired, mix layers with large spoon after reducing heat
