Quick Reuben Sandwich

1 16oz can sauerrkraut, drained

1 bottle favorite 1000 Island Dressing

1 pound turkey pastrami (deli, sliced)

1 pound swiss cheese (sliced)

one package favorite rolls, sliced open

OR toasted rye bread


1Brown the pastromi in a skillet. Remove and set aside.

2Add in the sauerkraut and brown.

3Pile on the 1000 Island salad dressing on your bread/roll of choice, add the meat, cheese and sauerkraut.
