1 can or jar of Frank's Kraut
1 cup sour cream
1 medium onion chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can corned beef (not hash)
4 large slices rye bread
2 cups Swiss cheese, grated
1Mix well the Frank's Kraut, sour cream, onion and garlic.
2Spread on the bottom of a baking dish.
3Crumble corned beef over the top.
4Crumble rye bread over corned beef.
5Sprinkle Swiss cheese over this.
6Cover and bake at 350 degrees.
