Reuben Stromboli

1 roll refrigerated pizza dough

3 TB Thousand Island dressing

8 thin slices Deli corned beef (about 1/3 lb.)

1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained

1/4 lb. thinly sliced Swiss cheese


1Preheat oven to 375ยบ F. Unroll pizza dough onto a 10" x 15" jelly roll pan. Flatten it and shape into a rectangle.

2Spread the crust with the Thousand Island Dressing, leaving a 1/2" margin of dough uncovered. Top with the corned beef, distributing it evenly.

3Spread the sauerkraut evenly over the meat. Top with the slices of Swiss cheese.

4Roll up the dough, jelly roll style, starting with the long side. Pinch the seams to seal and place the seam side down. Pinch both ends of roll to seal.

5Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until the roll is golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
