Reuben Tostada

2 small flour tortillas

4 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/2 lb. Sliced pastrami

1 cup Fresh Frank's Kraut

5 oz. Shredded Jack or mild cheese


1Lightly toast both tostadas in toaster oven.

2Spread mustard on each tortilla.

3Cover each with slices of pastrami.

4Add Frank's Kraut on top of meat.

5Top with shredded cheese.

6Bake in toaster oven 5 - 7 min. @ 350 degrees until bubbly.
