Sauerkraut and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

Salad

1 lb. sauerkraut, rinsed drained and coarsley chopped

1/2 lb. seedless grapes, cut in half

3/4 cup cooked ham, diced

1 cup cooked macaroni

Dressing

Whisk in a small bowl:

3/4 cup yogurt

1 TB white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. white pepper

2 tsp. honey

Directions

1Add dressing to salad, toss, adjust seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
