  • Diced Onions

Method

Step 1

Fry up the Sauerkraut & Diced onions in a frypan on medium heat.

Step 2

Add 1 lb of cooked back (broken into bits)

Step 3

Continue to fry until Sauerkraut is golden brown.

Step 4

Serve immediately.
