3-4 lbs. bulk sausage
1 med. onion
1/2 cup flour
1 cup beef bouillon broth
6 cups sauerkraut - drained and chopped
Flour to roll balls in
Eggs and milk to make batter to roll balls in
Bread crumbs to roll balls in
1Brown sausage and onion. Drain grease.
2Mix 1/2 c. flour with sausage and onion.
3Add beef bouillon broth to above mixture and mix well.
4Add sauerkraut to mixture and mix well.
5Refrigerate until cold. Roll into medium size balls. Roll in flour. Roll in egg and milk batter. Roll in bread crumbs.
6Deep fry 1-2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
