1 bag of kraut drained
1 # bulk sausage, like Jimmy Dean
1 8 oz package cream cheese
flour for dipping
eggs for dipping
bread crumbs for coating
1Mix kraut, sausage and cream cheese in a bowl.
2If it is too sticky, add a little bread crumb to get it to a consistancy you can roll in to a ball.
3Roll each ball in flour, then egg then in bread crumbs.
4Place on greased pan
5Bake in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until golden.
6These can also be deep fried if that is your preference.
7When I became health consious I started baking them and liked them even better than fried.
