Using a small box of grape flavored jello and 3 of your favorite brand of hot dogs!
1Cook 3 hotdogs in boiling water.
2Remove the dogs and chop them up real tiny!
3Add grape jello mix to 1 cup boiling hot dog water, stir until dissolved.
4Add 2 cups ice hot cold water, lots of kraut and the chopped up dogs.
5Refrigerate until it sets.

This was really something! My sister-in-law made it for my husband’s birthday, and while it looks basic, it’s quite amazing. The quality of the ingredients is key: use organic hotdogs, crunchy sauerkraut (she used white kimchi), filtered water and grape Jello with real sugar and not high fructose corn syrup. Also, while you may be tempted to save time by just putting the hot dogs in a blender, take it from my sister-in-law, you’ll get much better results using a Julienne or Brunoise dicing technique. And be sure to rub mayonnaise over the bundt pan to ensure easy release and add super shine to your grapey, meaty, krauty flavorfest!

The best thing about these is how few ingredients you need and how yummy they are
