Sauerkraut Pie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 cans kraut
  • Ring bologna, kielbasa or other sausage
  • Frozen spinach
  • Mashed Potatoes, prepared
  • Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

Method

Step 1

Drain kraut and spread over bottom of 9X13 pan.

Step 2

Cut up bologna and layer over kraut.

Step 3

Thaw and drain spinach. Spread over bologna.

Step 4

Spread prepared mashed potatoes over spinach. Make sure to cover the whole top layer and extend spuds to sides of pan to form a seal.

Step 5

Sprinkle with paprika, salt & pepper.

Step 6

Bake @ 350 for 30-40 minutes or until spuds are golden brown.
